Accessibility Tester (Contract | IAAP / DHS Certified Only)
Description

We are seeking certified Accessibility Testers to evaluate the accuracy of our accessibility checker against WCAG 2.2 Level AA/AAA standards.

This role focuses on identifying false positive resultsโ€”instances where the system incorrectly marks content as compliant. You will work with real-world documents and provide structured, evidence-backed reports.

Responsibilities
  • Perform accessibility testing on Word, PDF, PPT, and HTML files
  • Identify gaps in automated accessibility evaluation
  • Map issues to appropriate WCAG Success Criteria
  • Document findings with clear reproduction steps and evidence
  • Submit weekly testing activity reports

 

Submission & Reporting Requirements

  • Provide original test files
  • Include WCAG/ISO references for each issue
  • Share screenshots of incorrect โ€œPassโ€ results
  • Validate findings using industry tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro, PAC 2024, Axe)

 

Compensation

  • โ‚น1,000 per validated standard issue
  • โ‚น2,000 per validated complex issue

 

Engagement Expectations

  • Minimum 10 files tested per week
  • Weekly submission of activity logs
  • Short documentation of testing methodology

 

Selection Process

  • Applications will be screened based on certification
  • Submissions will be reviewed within 96 hours
  • Only the first valid report of a unique issue will be rewarded
Qualifications
  • IAAP Certification OR
  • DHS Trusted Tester Certification

(Applications without relevant certification will not be considered.)
