We are seeking certified Accessibility Testers to evaluate the accuracy of our accessibility checker against WCAG 2.2 Level AA/AAA standards.
This role focuses on identifying false positive results—instances where the system incorrectly marks content as compliant. You will work with real-world documents and provide structured, evidence-backed reports.
- Perform accessibility testing on Word, PDF, PPT, and HTML files
- Identify gaps in automated accessibility evaluation
- Map issues to appropriate WCAG Success Criteria
- Document findings with clear reproduction steps and evidence
- Submit weekly testing activity reports
Submission & Reporting Requirements
- Provide original test files
- Include WCAG/ISO references for each issue
- Share screenshots of incorrect “Pass” results
- Validate findings using industry tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro, PAC 2024, Axe)
Compensation
- ₹1,000 per validated standard issue
- ₹2,000 per validated complex issue
Engagement Expectations
- Minimum 10 files tested per week
- Weekly submission of activity logs
- Short documentation of testing methodology
Selection Process
- Applications will be screened based on certification
- Submissions will be reviewed within 96 hours
- Only the first valid report of a unique issue will be rewarded
- IAAP Certification OR
- DHS Trusted Tester Certification
(Applications without relevant certification will not be considered.)
