Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that circumstances change. That is why we give you the freedom to make substitutions or ask for a partial refund of your course fee within 30 days of the workshop date.

45 days before the course date | 50% of the net fees paid | 15% of the net fees paid |
30 days before the course date | 10% of the net fees paid | No substitutions allowed |
Refunds: Duplicate Payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 21 working days after intimation by the customer.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and validation of refund request.
