What is your favorite part about working in Learning and Development?
Coming from a family of teachers, learning is in my DNA. I love that learning has the power to change the world for the better and all it takes is a curious mind and a good teacher.
Are there women in business you look up to?
Several! These days I am fascinated by Indra Nooyi’s journey, former CEO of PepsiCo. I relate quite a bit with her immigrant journey. I love how she has been able to bring such a huge impact along with driving sustainable growth for PepsiCo. She is all about performance with purpose, which is an admirable concept. An absolute icon in leadership!
Is there a piece of literature or other content you’d like to share with your community?
I would like to expose my community to the Bhagavad Gita. It is one of the oldest books ever written and is full of life philosophies that I think are quite applicable even today.
