As a founding member of ansrsource, and President and CEO since 2013, Rajiv has guided the company’s growth for more than a decade. Under his leadership, ansrsource has become a global learning solutions organization serving leading universities, corporations, learning technology companies, publishers, foundations, and associations.
Prior to joining the company, Rajiv worked as a financial journalist, editor, and writer for print media and wire service agencies. He holds degrees in communications and business. Rajiv is inspired by exploration and balances his passion for ansrsource’s mission with his desire to spend time in the natural world with his wife, three boys, colleagues, and friends.

Rachel excels in driving business value through transformative learning strategies focused on achieving business objectives. Her expertise includes designing, managing, and implementing comprehensive training curricula in highly regulated industries like construction, marine power, and fire safety. She started her career working in marine power, transitioned into fire safety, and spent 19 years at Hilti, leading a global learning consultancy team. During this time, she was instrumental in developing a learning strategy that improved onboarding ROI, employee engagement, and skills development, and helped the organization transition to remote work during the pandemic.

 

With an MBA from Oklahoma State University and OLA and CPTD certifications, Rachel enjoys collaborating with leadership teams to find innovative solutions to challenges. She brings her experience in leading global learning initiatives and her ability to drive strategic transformations to her role as Chief Innovation Officer at ansrsource. Additionally, Rachel serves on several boards related to LGBTQIA+ topics.

Tim joined ansrsource as its Chief Financial Officer in November 2022 and took on the additional role of Chief Business Officer in November 2023. Prior to joining ansrsource, Tim was the Chief Operating Officer of Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), the leading nonprofit providing international exchange experiences through study abroad and cultural exchange programs. Prior to CIEE, Tim was the Chief Business Officer of Thunderbird School of Global Management with the world’s #1 ranked master in global management program. At both CIEE and Thunderbird, he was responsible for overseeing worldwide business affairs. Prior to joining Thunderbird, Tim was an executive in the banking industry serving as Chief Financial Officer of Bank One’s International Division. Tim has been involved with Financial Executives International, where he is a two-time finalist in their Arizona CFO of the Year Awards; Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; National Association of College and University Business Officers; CFO Alliance Advisory Board; and Phoenix Business Journal’s CFO Advisory Board. Additionally, he has been a board leader for several non-profit organizations. Tim has a business degree and is a CPA. He and his wife Kathie reside in Durango, Colorado.

Suchi began her ansrsource journey in 2014 as an instructional designer, working her way through the operations side of the business for the next seven years in quality assurance, project management, and as Director of Corporate Learning. This breadth of knowledge about ansrsource’s core business ensures that as VP of Sales, Suchi brings a deep understanding of achieving results through learning initiatives. Her expertise lies in optimizing performance, managing complex projects, and ensuring seamless operations. She is known for her ability to foster enduring client connections and unearth new business potential, driving organizations to new heights.

Katie has been with ansrsource since 2011. During her tenure, she has managed partner engagements; supervised and advised teams that include authors, project managers, subject matter experts, and editors; and helped guide company direction and marketing. In her current role, Katie leads ansrsource’s higher education business unit.

Prior to joining ansrsource, Katie spent ten years in the field of education, including creating and editing customized course content with Cengage Learning, one of the world’s top-tier higher education publishers. When she’s not working, Katie loves to garden and spend time with her husband, dogs, and cats.

Rob brings more than two decades of expertise in SaaS sales to ansrsource, most recently as Global Sales Director at Mind Tools, a prominent corporate learning content provider with headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland. He spearheaded the expansion of Mind Tools into the U.S. market, serving as the first U.S. hire. His responsibilities included establishing a high-performing team in the U.S. while also overseeing the U.K. Sales and U.K. Customer Success teams. Under Rob’s leadership, Mind Tools experienced significant growth, particularly in the U.S., leading to its acquisition by a private equity firm in 2022.

Raised in Colorado, Rob has stayed in Colorado apart from a three-year adventure in Sydney, Australia, from 2010 to 2014. Now settled in Denver with his wife and two sons, Rob fully embraces the Colorado lifestyle and enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, golfing, and supporting the Colorado professional sports teams.

Saurav S Koirala holds a Masters in Finance and Marketing and a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt certification. Saurav has more than 14 years of experience in the content industry, having managed accounts for the US, European, Canadian, and South-Pacific regions. At present, he is managing large accounts in the US and involved in software designing and technical solutioning for internal requirements.

Saurav has worked with and managed all the BUs at ansrsource, which has given him a holistic perspective of the industry needs as well as the internal needs of the employees. He is also an amateur writer and musician, and an adventure enthusiast.

Kalpana rejoined ansrsource in 2024 as Director – APAC Market Development. Her specialty is in leadership development, learning and development, facilitation, operations, program management, and process excellence. Over the last 18 years she has worked in the Education, Education Technology, and Social sectors. Her expertise includes working with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams to identify and pursue new opportunities and build and maintain strong relationships.

Kalpana lives in the beautiful coastal city of Pondicherry. She is an avid traveler and an aspiring travel photographer. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, and spending time with her cats.

Vani joined ansrsource in 2019 to help develop the strategy for the GEM library and oversee the content creation and review process for several GEM tracks, including a series of courses on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace, now known as ansrsource’s Inclusion Institute®. Since then, Vani has been in a variety of roles but has always been involved in internal DEI efforts. Vani’s current role includes leading internal DEI efforts and working on client projects as a DEI specialist, as well as continuing to develop case studies to share ansrsource’s stories. 

Before joining ansrsource, Vani worked for 19 years at various institutions of higher education in Student Affairs, primarily in DEI roles. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado College in Psychology and her Master’s from the University of St. Thomas in Leadership in Student Affairs. She taught Asian American History for the Colorado State University Department of Ethnic Studies for two semesters and served as a co-lead for The LeaderShape Institute. She served as a Safezone Facilitator, attended the Social Justice Training Institute, and recently completed the HRCI Certificate in D&I in HR Management.

Nagaraj VL joined ansrsource in August 2009 as a subject matter expert (SME) for finance and accounting textbooks. As a SME, Nagaraj has contributed to more than 200 textbooks on Accounting, Finance, and Business. Over the last decade, Nagaraj took on many roles that exposed him to various aspects of EdTech and the business of it. He established multiple practices such as Editorial, Instructional Design, Technology, and UX across different client segments.

Nagaraj VL has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Finance and takes special interest in cost management. He lives in Bangalore with his family and loves to spend time watching movies, playing boardgames, and building computers.

Sarah Stricker leads accessibility initiatives at ansrsource. With multiple certifications, including the DHS Trusted Tester and CPWA, Sarah provides strategic guidance as the Accessibility Program Manager. She has extensive experience in learning design, EdTech, and digital accessibility.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys yoga, bowling, and oil painting. She lives with her partner and two cats.

Jamie has been with ansrsource since 2022. Hired as a program and project manager on the GEM® team, she also works with the marketing team, serves as a client liaison, and has created and manages ansrXNET, ansrsource’s robust roster of external contributors in the United States, including specialized subject matter experts, instructional designers, voiceover artists, and more.  

Prior to joining ansrsource, Jamie spent 25 years in arts management, arts education, and admissions & financial aid for a variety of schools that serve three-year-olds all the way through graduate students. When she’s not working, Jamie reads, writes, and tells stories. She lives in south central Pennsylvania with her husband and their two kids and two cats. Jamie was named “Best Storytelling in Lancaster (PA)” in 2021 and her alter ego’s byline (Jamie Beth Cohen) can be found in The Washington Post, Today.com, HuffPost, and several other publications.

As a Vendor Partner Manager at ansrsource, Vivek is responsible for overseeing the functioning of the ansrsource Vendor Partners team in India and managing the sourcing and identification of external contributors, including freelancers, contractors, SMEs, and partner companies. He is deeply involved in vendor selection, contract management, and inventory control, always seeking innovative ways to enhance productivity and profitability. His role is pivotal in cultivating and maximizing relationships with the vendor partners and external contributors to drive mutual success and foster growth.

 

Outside of work, Vivek loves listening to different genres of music, which helps him unwind and discover new sounds. Staying active is important to him, so he makes a point to work out regularly and take leisurely walks in the park. Spending quality time with his parents is something he cherishes, and he loves traveling and exploring new places, immersing himself in different cultures and experiences.
