Seeking SBE / SBE+ Certified Partners
Description

ansrsource is looking to partner with SBE / SBE+ certified vendors on our training-services and learning-design projects. We are building a network of certified partners we can call on for current and future opportunities. This invitation is open to certified firms across the full range of learning, media, and training services who can support our work on an as-needed, project-by-project basis.

Services We Are Seeking

We welcome SBE / SBE+ certified firms across the full range of learning, media, and training services. Focus areas include, but are not limited to:

Instructional Design & Training Development

  • Training needs analysis
  • Instructional design documents and storyboards
  • E-learning development and multimedia production
  • Instructor-led curriculum development
  • Simulation-based or scenario-based learning experiences
  • Conversion of existing materials into e-learning

Multimedia & Video Production

  • On-site / on-location filming, editing, animation, and motion graphics (including secured or access-controlled sites, where authorized)
  • Scriptwriting and content refinement
  • Aerial / drone footage - with the ability to obtain airspace authorization (including controlled / Class B airspace where applicable) and proof of drone liability insurance

Accessibility & Remediation

  • Translation and localization of training and e-learning content, on-screen text, captions, and transcripts.
  • Captioning and transcripts
  • WCAG 2.2 AA remediation of existing content

Deployment & Technical Support

  • SCORM packaging
  • LMS testing and validation
  • Content troubleshooting

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • On-site / in-person instructor-led training delivery and facilitation
  • Instructor-led training delivery support
  • Train-the-trainer support, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and support tools
  • Firms and SMEs with experience in professional-development, compliance, safety, or workforce training in corporate or public-sector settings are especially encouraged to respond.
Location

Eligibility requirements vary by contract. For many of the North Texas public-sector opportunities we pursue, eligible firms must have a physical place of business in one of these 13 counties:

MANDATORY: SBE / SBE+ CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To be considered, you or your firm must satisfy all of the requirements below.

  1. Current SBE or SBE+ certification from one of these three agencies only:
    • North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA)
    • Women’s Business Council Southwest (WBCS)
    • DFW Business Council (DFWBC)

    Please be ready to provide your certification certificate, certifying agency,
    certification number, and expiration date. Note that some contracts specifically
    require the SBE+ level (which adds a Personal Net Worth review on top of standard
    SBE); tell us which level you hold.

  2. These certifications are NOT accepted for SBE credit:DBE, MBE, and WBE certificates do not qualify.
    (Firms holding both an SBE / SBE+ certification and a DBE/MBE/WBE certification are welcome — it is the SBE / SBE+ certification that qualifies your firm.)

  • Company / firm name, primary contact, phone, and email
  • Which service area(s) you are responding to (one or more of the areas above)
  • A copy of your current SBE / SBE+ certification (agency, certification number, expiration date, and certification level)
  • County of your physical place of business
  • Your relevant NAICS code(s) for the service you provide
  • A brief capability statement, portfolio, or sample of relevant work
