Description

We are seeking aย Mid-to-Senior Web Developerย with a primary focus on developing andย maintainingย our organizational websites. This is an individual contributor role that functions as the technical engine for our marketing presence, translating creative concepts into high-performing digital experiences.

This position begins as aย 3-month full-time contractย with the potential for conversion to a permanent role.ย You will report directly to theย Marketing Headย and work in a hybrid capacity, primarily aligned withย India time zones.

Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization ofย 4+ organizational websitesย simultaneously.
  • Build new, responsive websites from the ground up andย maintainย existing sites to ensure peak performance and security.
  • Rapidly deploy and manage multiple marketing campaigns across various web properties.

Strategic Integration & Performance

  • Implement and manage deep integrations with marketing technology tools, includingย HubSpot, GA4, SEMrush, and Marketer.
  • Ensure all web properties areย optimizedย for SEO, tracking, and conversion performance.
  • Translate high-level marketingย objectivesย into technical execution plans for campaign collateral.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary bridge between creative and technical execution, collaborating closely withย designers and copywriters.
  • Convert design mockups and copy inputs into pixel-perfect, functioning web pages.
  • Maintain clear documentation of site architectures andย integrationย workflows.
Qualifications
  • 5โ€“8 years of professional experienceย in front-end web development.
  • Expert-levelย proficiencyย in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WordPress).
  • Demonstrated experience managingย multiple web propertiesย and complex marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience withย HubSpot integrationย and marketing analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush).
  • Proven ability to work independently as a mid-to-senior level individual contributor.
  • Availability forย full-time commitmentย throughout the contract duration.
  • Strong communicationย skills with the ability to translate creative requirements into technical reality.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup orย rapid-growthย environment.
  • Familiarity with Elementor.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) to ensure inclusive webย experiences.
  • Previous experience in a "contract-to-hire" transition role.
