Project Manager - eLearning
Overview of Position

Responsible for managing the efficient operation of the project team, communicating risks and collaborating with others to mitigate issues.

Key Priorities

Manage all project communication and project budget. This includes scheduling, tasks, updates, tracking of effort hours, etc.

Submit deliverables to the client and serve as the project POC.

Accountable For

Accountable for timeliness of project deliverables and confirming that all process steps have been followed to ensure deliverable meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

Creates timeline/schedule for project and ensures that project team members are aware of and meet project deadlines (internal and external).

Manages all project files. Creates file organization structure on Teams, ensures files are updated and named properly, ensures the full project team has access to all project related documents. Collects all source files and manages handover of source files to client at the end of a project.

Communicates potential risks to deadlines or quality to lead ID and client success manager promptly.

Works with client success manager and business unit program director to address project risks promptly and prepare solutions.

Along with lead ID, the project manager serves as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project. This involves communicating project updates, submitting deliverables, and facilitating getting answers to questions (either from the ansr team or the client).

Works with lead ID to prepare weekly meeting agendas (for both client and internal team). Takes comprehensive notes during meetings and shares notes with team.

Works with ID, GD, and PD managers to address project resource needs.

Receives regular mentoring and training from business unit program director.
