Performance Marketing Lead
Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, andโ€ฏoptimiseโ€ฏpaid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and relevant B2B channels targeting enterprise L&D and HR buyers in India and global marketsโ€ฏย 
  • Own the paid media budget: Allocate, track, and report on spend vs. pipeline generated with full accountabilityโ€ฏย 
  • Set up andโ€ฏmaintainโ€ฏconversion tracking, UTM structures, and attribution in HubSpotโ€ฏย 
  • Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategiesโ€ฏandโ€ฏdocument what worksโ€ฏย 
  • Deliver a weekly performance dashboard covering CPL, MQL volume, pipeline sourced, and ROASโ€ฏย 
  • Identifyโ€ฏnew channels worth testing (programmatic, ABM display, content syndication) and make recommendations with dataโ€ฏย 
  • Collaborate with the content and design team on creative briefs, ad assets, and landing page copyโ€ฏย 
  • Contribute to retargeting and nurture strategy for MQLs whoโ€ฏdonโ€™tโ€ฏconvertโ€ฏimmediatelyโ€ฏย 
Qualifications
  • 3โ€“7 years of B2B performance marketing experience, with demonstrable results in pipeline and MQL generationโ€ฏย 
  • Hands-onโ€ฏexpertiseโ€ฏwith LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Adsโ€ฏ-โ€ฏyou set up and manage campaigns yourselfโ€ฏย 
  • Strong command of HubSpot or equivalent CRM for lead tracking and campaign attributionโ€ฏย 
  • Comfort working with a lean teamโ€ฏ-โ€ฏyou are a builder, not just a manager of agenciesโ€ฏย 
  • Analytical mindset: you make decisions from data, not gut feel, andโ€ฏyouโ€ฏpresent numbers clearlyโ€ฏย

  • Experience working with B2B SaaS, EdTech, or learning/HR technology is a strong plusโ€ฏย 
  • Experience with ABM platforms (6sense,โ€ฏDemandbase, Apollo) or intent data toolsโ€ฏย 
  • Familiarity with SEO-paid integration and content syndication for demand genโ€ฏย 
  • Prior experience working with a start-up or early-stage growth team
