We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Artist with strong expertise in Adobe After Effects to create engaging motion graphics, animations, and multimedia assets for digital and e-learning initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
Motion Graphics & Visual Design
- Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
- Create explainer videos, animations, transitions, openers, overlays, and kinetic typography.
- Develop storyboards and visual concepts aligned with project goals.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, color palettes, and visual standards.
- Review and refine motion and visual assets, providing constructive feedback when required.
Quality & Delivery
- Accurately estimate timelines and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all motion and visual outputs.
- Follow established review processes and quality checklists.
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate and collaborate with designers, animators, and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with US-based clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Support task delegation and coordination when working in a team setup.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD.
- Ability to create and review assets across print, web, video, and multimedia formats.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and current design trends.
- Experience creating storyboards, style guides, visual concepts, typography systems, and color palettes.
- Understanding of grid systems, wireframes, golden ratio, and Gestalt principles.
- Ability to evaluate motion graphics and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Language & Communication
- Strong command of English with excellent reading comprehension and vocabulary.
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and international stakeholders.
