Overview
According to GlobalData, the global construction output is estimated to reach $12.9 trillion by 2022. The Project Analysis Group estimates that an average of 35% of all construction projects will undergo a major change because of massive technological disruption. With so many ambitious projects being driven by digital transformation on such a large scale, it is now more important than ever to upskill construction workers and train them to use advanced technology, tools, and equipment for safer and durable construction practices.
The work with ansrsource in the DT pilot project can be described as efficient, target oriented, and based on open, transparent communication leading to steady improvements in the course of the project. It proved decisive to have a permanent, stable team working on the various topics – this lead to a trust relationship and an improvement/learning curve steep enough to achieve the necessary quality levels.

Our approach
The ansrsource team created an interactive course structure that blended aspects of a live presenter and a virtual 3D character and structured it to suit the mobile device. The courses also included animated videos, product videos, and other instructional content.
Interactive elements and quizzes were also used to create compelling training programs delivered right at construction sites on how to use and maintain the tools and other construction aspects for a safe and efficient construction site. This yielded better compliance, increased ROI, and lower liability risk for construction companies.
