ansrsource is committed to helping organizations around the world create more inclusive workplaces through our efforts in DEI training. We are thrilled to announce that we have been recognized by Comparably with a Best Company for Diversity 2022 Award.
Comparably’s 6th annual awards rankings were determined based on a series of 50 questions in 16 core culture metrics on Comparably.com over a 12-month period. The final data set was compiled from 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies, large and small. To qualify for consideration, large companies (more than 500 employees) must have met a minimum of 75 employee participants, and small/mid-size companies (500 or fewer employees) must have met a minimum of 25 employee participants. Additional weight was given to companies with more participation from their employee base, relative to their company size, for statistical significance. There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was a nomination required.
“As a company, we value and celebrate diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Thank you, Comparably, for naming ansrsource as one of 2022’s Best Companies for Diversity. This award is truly an honor because it was voted on by our team members, who make this company what it is – a global team of learning experts working together to transform, design, develop, and deliver customized learning experiences,” said Rajiv Narayana, CEO of ansrsource.

About Comparably Awards
Comparably Awards is an annual series launched in 2017 highlighting the best CEOs and places to work according to feedback from employees who anonymously rate their employers on Comparably.com. Workers are asked structured questions (in yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, and multiple-choice formats) spanning 16 different workplace topics (from compensation, perks, and benefits to work-life balance, career growth, and leadership), then each answer is given a numerical score and compared to companies of similar size. The final rankings are compiled from over 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies within a 12-month look-back period.
