We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Solutions Architect to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a learning professional who combines consulting expertise, learning design capabilities, facilitation skills, and operational excellence to deliver impactful learning solutions for enterprise clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business leaders, and learning teams to diagnose capability gaps, design innovative learning solutions, facilitate learning experiences, and ensure seamless program execution.
Learning Consulting & Solution Design
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and capability assessments to identify skill gaps and business requirements.
- Design end-to-end learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop learning architectures that leverage instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning approaches.
- Recommend innovative learning interventions based on business needs and learner personas.
Instructional Design & Learning Experience
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging learning journeys.
- Apply instructional design principles to develop impactful learning experiences.
- Support the design and implementation of onboarding, leadership, functional, and capability-building programs.
Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement
- Independently facilitate onboarding programs, workshops, and learning sessions.
- Present learning recommendations and insights to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and business leaders.
Learning Operations & Program Management
- Manage end-to-end learning operations, including:
- Program scheduling
- Learner communication and invitations
- Attendance and participation tracking
- Reporting and analytics
- Stakeholder updates
- Ensure flawless execution of learning programs and initiatives.
Learning Technology & Analytics
- Leverage LMS platforms and learning technologies to enhance learner experience.
- Analyze learning data and generate actionable insights.
- Support digital learning initiatives and adoption of AI-enabled learning tools
- 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Consulting, Learning Design, or related domains.
- Experience working closely with corporate L&D teams across multiple organizations.
- Proven expertise in Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and capability assessments.
- Strong instructional design and learning solution architecture experience.
- Experience managing learning operations and large-scale learning programs.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Microsoft Office certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms and learning technology ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise clients, GCCs, or large organizations.
- Exposure to learning analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with digital learning solutions and AI-enabled learning tools.
- Consulting experience within corporate learning environments.
