Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. That is why we give you the freedom to make substitutions or ask for a partial refund of your course fee within 30 days of the workshop date.

90 days before the course date	90% of the net fees paid	No extra charge
45 days before the course date	50% of the net fees paid	15% of the net fees paid
30 days before the course date	10% of the net fees paid	No substitutions allowed

Note: All refund requests will be reviewed and approved within 30 business days of receiving. Approved refunds will be credited to the sources within 7 business days.
