Position Title
Job Profile:
Proposal writing: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and objectives, conducting interviews with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant information and lead proposal writing efforts.
- Sales Materials Creation: Curate and create compelling sales materials, leveraging creative writing skills to articulate key messages and value propositions tailored to target audiences.
- Research: Conduct in-depth client research to gather key insights, preferences, and challenges, enabling the sales team to tailor presentations effectively and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of each client's specific needs.
- Develop engaging and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions.
- Utilize active listening skills to extract valuable insights during internal stakeholder interviews, ensuring accurate representation of customer perspectives in sales materials.
- Leverage pre-sales experience to ask insightful questions, uncover pain points, and align sales collateral with potential client requirements, contributing to the overall success of the sales process.
Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience with proposal writing
- Experience with E-learning industry preferred
- Storytelling and creative writing
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Advanced Client Research skills
