Launched as part of Starbucks Global Academy, the Starbucks To Be Welcoming program is aimed toward creating a more inclusive atmosphere everywhere by celebrating humanity and all the different facets of being human. The program includes a library of 15 courses that help learners explore their hidden biases and stereotypes and the many ways to intentionally create inclusion and belonging in public spaces. ASU curated content from multiple subject matter experts and sources and reached out to ansrsource to develop an engaging, interactive program. In less than 2.5 months, the ansrsource team organized all of the content and converted it into scenario-based courses with characterizations for each kind of bias and information about how to overcome it.
