Customer Service Course

Gaining essential skills to start or advance a career in customer service.

Launched in partnership with the Starbucks Global Academy team and funded by the 100,000 Opportunities Initiative and the Schultz Family Foundation, the EDGE Customer Service Course was designed with the objective of increasing employment opportunities for at-risk youth.

The program includes 27 mobile-first modules. ASU provided the research for designing the course, and the ansrsource team worked with subject matter experts to develop the course framework, design characters, and build scenarios for the interactive modules. By participating in this program, Opportunity Youth would be able to start their careers in the field of customer service, giving them a pathway into the corporate world.
