This entry, submitted by ansrsource and called “Cocoa Material School,” describes a compliance training program designed for its client, Mars, to help Associates across the globe increase their Cocoa knowledge and demonstrate Cocoa supplier audit best practices, with the goal to decrease quality-related incidences and costs, strengthen expertise, and share best practices. The course starts off with an introduction to the Cocoa industry and deep dives into cocoa-quality and supplier-related processes. Designed as micro-learning modules, the course utilizes a combination of video, animation, short interactions, case studies, and scenarios.

Excellence Awards winners will be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, February 4-6, 2020, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners also will serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
