Accessibility Training & Template Development
- Comprehensive Accessibility Training Hub: Developed a centralized hub of 20 self-paced, expert-written courses designed to simplify digital accessibility training. These courses help staff meet federal and state accessibility guidelines, including HB 21-1110 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Accessible Template Development: Created custom, accessible for OIT’s Lived Libraries initiative.
Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE)
Document Accessibility Remediation
Partnered with CDPHE, to provide scalable, ongoing document remediation services for compliance to House Bill 21-1110

Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (DOL) – School Violence Prevention Program
Strategic Consulting and Online Learning Development
- Stakeholder-Driven, Custom-Built Training: Conducted a stakeholder outreach initiative to assess the current use of the Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) process and other related tools ensuring that the training met the real needs of learners. Insights from surveys and interviews directly shaped the course design, ensuring the training was practical, relevant, and aligned with on-the-ground challenges.
- Consultative Design: Worked with the AGO’s office and subject matter experts to create a curriculum that approached the training need with sensitivity and were built in rigor by applying adult learning principles and real-world examples.
- Accessible and Compliance: Aligned Learning Solution: Ensured that all training materials meet WCAG & HB 21-1110 accessibility standards.
- Robust Project Management: Conducted weekly SCRUMs to align with project sponsor, surface risks, and create mitigation plans around managing such risks.
